LCCI-Central Arizona Region Sunday BrunchLambda Car Club International (LCCI), is the largest collector car club for LGBT and LGBT-friendly automobile enthusiasts in North America, and the Central Arizona Region (CAR) is Arizona’s premiere LGBT automobile club with members from all walks of life, who are united in their fascination with all things automotive.

All vehicles of any age or condition are welcome at club events, and our members run everything from brass era antiques to cutting edge technological marvels, Japanese micro cars to huge American land yachts. While many of our members own fleets of collectible automobiles, still others own only one, or even no cars. If you’re into cars whether it’s a acquisitive obsession or it’s just a interest you enjoy from afar, you are very welcome to participate!

LCCI was founded in 1981 as the “Gay Old Car Owners Society,” based in New York City. Since then, LCCI has kept expanding, and now boasts over 2,200 members in 32 active regions throughout the United States and Canada.

The Lambda Car Club’s national newsletter is called The Driveshaft. It is published six times a year, and is a winner of Old Cars Weekly‘s prestigious Golden Quill Award for newsletter excellence and serves as the main informational tie between regions. The Central Arizona Region publishes a bimonthly newsletter in addition to this website, and also boasts a very active Facebook page.
